HAN - Sales Executive (Electronic Sector)

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive business growth across key industries including PCB/FPC, Semiconductors, Automotive Electronics, Home Appliances, and Electrical Equipment, while expanding into emerging sectors such as Data Centers and advanced Semiconductor applications.

1. Job Description

A. Customer & Sales Management

  • Manage existing customers and proactively identify their needs.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve assigned sales targets (KPIs).
  • Support customers with product registration documents and other regulatory/technical requirements.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

B. Order, Contract & Delivery Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end customer order process, from quotation to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Legal, Finance) to ensure full compliance with regulations and contract terms.
  • Monitor shipment status and delivery progress, resolving any logistics-related issues.
  • Follow up on customer payments and manage accounts receivable.

C. New Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential new customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities in emerging fields such as Semiconductors and Data Centers.
  • Build sustainable, long-term partnerships with prospective clients.

D. Supplier Management & Product Development

  • Collaborate with overseas suppliers, HQ, and regional branches to manage sourcing activities.
  • Support product development initiatives and expand the existing product portfolio.

E. Reporting & Market Monitoring

  • Monitor market trends and track overall business performance.

2. Requirements

  • University graduated
  • Business English
  • Business Korean communication skill (Minimum Topik 5 certification) is a big PLUS
  • 3–5+ years of professional business experience (Experience in the electronics industry is a significant plus).
  • Experience in Trading Company
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiasm, dynamic, passionate in sales

3. Benefit
