1. Responsibilities 

• Keeping & expanding existing business in plastics resin with Japanese customers
• Developing new business
• Coordinate with Customer Service Department to meet customer‘s demands
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build and maintain long term relationship with customers
• Controlling stock
• Ad hoc tasks as required by the manager

2. Requirements 

• Bachelor degree with related major, prefer candidates under 28 years old
• Business English
• Japanese proficiency: At least N2 or above
• Have BtoB Sales experience; Have general knowledge about the business of Trading Company
• Problem solving skill & Team-work spirit
• Enthusiasm, dynamic, passionate in sales
• Working sales experience and Japanese customers in resins market is preferable
