We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy HR Intern to join our team and support exciting digital initiatives, especially projects related to AI and employee engagement. This role offers hands-on experience with innovative tools and platforms in a modern HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and validate use cases for our internal AI-powered HR Chatbot.

• Support content creation (video form)  for our e-learning platform.

• Take ownership of internal communications, including posting updates, stories, and engagement activities on Viva Engage.

• Assist in organizing and running HR events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Communications, IT, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Strong digital skills – comfortable with tech platforms and eager to explore new tools.

• Experience or ability to use basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.).

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Interest in AI, digital transformation, and improving the employee experience.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
